Sports training designed to increase strength and muscle mass are increasingly turning to teenagers. Many people wonder whether at this age can enjoy nutritional and dietary supplements, the use of which is recognized by an adult athletes as a necessary.

Firstly, it should be noted that the nutritional and dietary supplements are intended for people who are more than 16 years of age. Younger teens should therefore not use them. Those who have reached the appropriate age, should provide adequate assistance in choosing their respective preparations. First of all, it is important to present those products that are not suitable for young enthusiasts of the sport. Not advisable are, in particular, supplements, which contain hormonal compounds, e.g. prohormones. At this age, the concentration of growth hormones and testosterone in the body is very high, so you do not have to worry about their deficiency. Teenagers in particular are recommended to take supplements containing vitamins and minerals. These nutrients are very important during sports, while teenagers often experience the consequences of their deficiencies, among others due to lack of proper diets. Of course, the basis should be a healthy menu.

In addition, it is recommended that dietary supplements and nutrients were used by teenagers under the supervision of an adult. In this way you can prevent many problems arising for example from reaching for preparations not allowed or the use of excessive doses of preparations.
