2006 NPC Gainesville Championships
The 27th Annual NPC Gainesville Bodybuilding and Figure Championships were held on November 18 at the Lincoln Auditorium in Gainesville under the promotional efforts of John Babb and the Gainesville Gym.
First time competitor Max Citrin, 23, took the middleweight class win.
Max then entered into the final comparisons and the pose down of the class winners and was the choice of the judges for the overall title.
Lisa Menritt, 44, was unopposed in the women's open division and was declared the overall winner.
The Figure Division had just two athletes entered and it was Yasmin Valencia, 33, taking the majority of the first place votes from the judges for the title.
