The 2007 NPC Panhandle Showdown Bodybuilding and Figure Championships were held for the first time on April 7 at the Pensacola High School auditorium under the promotional efforts of Russ Mesey and Max Muscle.

Richard Branham, 40, of Panama City, FL was the pick of the judges for the heavyweight class win.

Richard then entered into the final comparisons and pose down of the class winners and once again got the nod from the judges for the overall title.

Tammy Roberts, 411, of Cantonment, FL was unopposed in the lightweight class and was the only entry in the women's open and was therefore declared the open overall winner.

The Figure Division had entries in three of the four height classes offered.

Dixie Reynolds, 35, of Panama City, FL was the choice of the judges for the Class C win.

Dixie then entered into the final comparisons of the class winners and was the pick of the judges for the division title.
